2008 Larimer County Fair cake entry

My entry this year for the Larimer County Fair Fondant Decorated Cakes division was inspired by a bull named Summit that we owned on the Angus Beef Ranch I grew up on. He was over 2500lbs but so tame that my brother and I led him around with just a halter. The kids on this bull are our son, our daughter in yellow, and a little friend of theirs in purple.

The bull is standing on a cake, and is made from modeling chocolate, cake, and fondant.
