Pink Castle Cake

I'm off to deliver this shortly but I think she'll like it.  She's really into Belle and Aurora right now so they are peeking out of the windows.  Its a white cake with Swiss Meringue Buttercream, the towers are cut down pringles cans covered in fondant.  The rest of the castle is cake.
