Off to University Of Tennessee - make up cake

For the last of the cupcake orders unable to be fulfilled last weekend, I made this little UT cake of Red Velvet with cream cheese Swiss meringue buttercream.  With a Power T cut out of velum and laid against the cake, it was airbrushed, moved, and airbrushed again.
