Sweet Sunset Flowers

This little cake is for one of my favorite young ladies, who has helped me make cakes and work on creative projects.  Now she is off to college and she will go on to do wonderful things.  Happy Birthday Janine!

The cake is vanilla with a chocolate chip cream cheese filling, covered in Swiss Meringue Buttercream.  The flowers are all hand made gum paste/fondant/modeling chocolate peonies, roses, callalilies, and rose hips.
