Strata-G 20th Anniversary Cake

Very proud to make this cake to celebrate the 20th anniversary of a great company with its roots in Knoxville Tennessee.  The bottom tier is vanilla with blackberry buttercream filling, the middle tier is chocolate with a whipped ganache filling, and the top tier is red velvet.  The company’s core values are displayed on a fondant background inspired by the smoky mountain sunset picture used on the company website.
